Riley Industries employs a team of skilled engineers who can restore most equipment to a high standard of refurbishment. We also have access to many engineers from the Original Equipment Manufacturers to work with us on projects when specialist knowledge is required.

Alternatively, you have the choice to buy your equipment ‘as seen’ without refurbishment. All machines are run and checked in our test facility to ensure they are in working order.

At Riley Industries, all of our machines are subject to a full process of checks and tests before shipment. Servicing is carried out on request if necessary. It is always conducted under strict manufacturers’ guidelines, either in our own workshops or by specialist suppliers. Used surface finishing machines, including electro-plating plant and other forms of metal finishing equipment, are normally serviced by our in-house personnel. They have many years of experience in this field and can always be relied upon to do a first class job. We also test, service and repair DC Rectifiers and Power Supply units, either at our own premises or in conjunction with OEM manufacturers Drake Power Systems.

We have in-house expertise to deal with the servicing of many kinds of deburring and polishing machines, including vibratory polishing plant, centreless polishing machines and backstand idler equipment. Other categories, such as Cleaning & Degreasing, Ovens & Furnaces and Dust Extraction plant are normally serviced by our specialist suppliers, who have the expertise and equipment required.

Our parts ordering service acts as a centralised source of information to draw upon the stocks held by our specialist suppliers, OEM manufacturers and many other industrial factors and stockholders.
