Riley Industries employs a team of skilled engineers who all have a lifetime of experience in the Surface Treatment and Metal Finishing Industries. They can restore most types of machines to a high standard of refurbishment or, in some cases, completely re-condition the equipment.

For nearly 40 years we have worked closely with some of the world’s leading manufacturers of surface treatment and finishing plant, industrial cleaning systems, deburring and polishing machines, rectifiers and DC power supplies, ovens & furnaces, blasting and extraction equipment.

We combine our expert knowledge based on many years of experience with access to OEM components, technical data and specialist services from a unique collection of sub-contractors, many of whom work as a natural extension to our own in-house refurbishment services. This team effort, bringing together a range of specialist skills, enables us to tackle some of the most difficult refurbishment programmes.

Machines in good working order can sometimes benefit from general cosmetic improvement. This may include corrosion removal, general surface improvement, painting and powder coating. We have a fully functioning surface preparation and paint shop on-site in order to render older equipment to a higher standard of finish.

Re-fabrication is a major issue with products across the whole of our range. This can involve either basic welding to the complete replacement of cabinets, enclosures, cleaning tanks, ovens and general ancillary fabricated components. We employ the services of specialist fabrication sub-contractors such as Rodway and Taylor Ltd to ensure that all machines are structurally sound before release to the market place.

Many machines require more extensive refurbishment. This may involve the routine replacement of key components, such as belts, bearings, switches, motors and pumps or in some cases the complete renovation of the machine. Because most of our equipment is produced by the world’s leading manufacturers, it is usually very robust, even if it has already given many years of service. Whatever the level of Refurbishment required, Riley Industries has the knowledge, skills and specialist contacts within the industry to do a first class job.
