The following plant is available for purchase as a single package
Single tank 1
Alkaline electro cleaner. Uses Metex PE5 (supplier MacDermids). For brass electrophoretic coating onto zinc plated strip.
Single tank 2
Acid phosphate. Normal cycle time 3 minutes. Uses Keycote 1/M1 = 2 x 25 litres. Plus: Cleaner 530 dip = 1 x 25 litres.

Towns water rinse
Double tank 4
De-ionised water heated to 30 degrees C with rinse aid solution. (Tank relined 2004). Rinse aid = 5 litres per refill

Bronze paint. 1½ minutes at 70 volts. (Tank relined 2004). Bronze paint, emulsion stabiliser, solvent pm. LVH coatings.

Oven
Maywick through conveyor industrial 24 panel gas stoving oven. 2 metres long. Complete with motorised overhead conveyor, extractor fans and flues. (Maywick have confirmed that there is no toxic material requiring special handling involved in the insulation or oven structure).
