For Sale. Complete chromic anodising production line

Composite Saberhouse Anodise Plant.

The following is a brief specification of this valuable chromic anodising plant. Full drawings including plant lay-out and bund design complete with operational manuals are available should they be required.

The Chromic anodise plant was designed by ERG and ERG Lancy Water treatments to Hispano specifications and in line with all H&S requirements. It was commissioned in December 1991 and came into production in February 1992. Since this date it has been maintained and significantly enhanced to meet the following customers specifications.

The plant was originally installed with one Chromic Electrolyte tank complete with rectification, automatic and manual control systems, LEV extraction system, Ph adjustment pit, De-ionisation plant for controlled feed water and control panel with pre-selectable programmable panel. This plant was subsequently up-graded in line with the original design specification to include two tank operation and, at this time, had a second rectification and a new enhanced de-ionisation plant added.

During the time period between the original installation and the installation of the second electrolyte tank, the Phosphoric strip tank system was converted to a Caustic jig strip station to better improve jig performance.

Due to more stringent customer specifications the plant was further modified in December 2004 to better control the tank temperature systems. This included the installation of a new double head boiler systems complete with all new heating/cooling pipe and control valve systems linked via temperature controllers which down load all collected data to a real time computer system. This system is set with parameters which clearly show any ‘out of tolerance’ within the process control system.

The plant was further enhanced in April 2006 by the installation of Serfilco Europe ‘sparger’ agitation systems comprising of a filter pump, ‘Ser-Ductor’ agitators to the Sulphuric/Chromic pickle and ‘Ser-Ductor’ agitators to the two Chromic electrolyte tanks.
