We stock a comprehensive range of self-contained units that use both cloth and cartridge filtration media and wet water wash systems, made by names such as DCE, Thorn, Airmaster and Filtex.

Fume Extraction Fans

Riley Industries always has extensive stocks of Dust And Fume Extraction systems, including fume extraction fans. We supply high quality PVC and Polypropylene centrifugal fume extraction fans, both ‘V’ belt driven and direct drive types. Capacities range from 500 cfm @ ½” wg (845 m3/hour @ 125 pascals) to 30,000 cfm @ 4” wg (50,700 m3/hour @ 5000 pascals). There are, in addition, some special high-pressure fan units.

Fume Scrubbing

We always have a selection of vertical packed tower scrubbers, complete with pumps and, in some cases, dedicated fan units. The capacities of these units range from 3000 cfm (5070 m3/hour) to 30,000 cfm (50,000 m3/hour)

We also keep in stock a large selection of horizontal fume scrubbing systems together with many eliminator units suitable for the elimination of chrome and other materials.

Dust And Fume Extraction equipment is designed to handle highly corrosive and noxious air streams, and is made by industry leaders such as Plasticraft, Ketvil, Plastic Constructions and Nederman.
